Document Control Administrator

Marvin Test Solutions is a leading Aerospace and Manufacturing company specializing in test solutions, located in Irvine California.
Responsibilities:
The person in this position will be responsible for organizing and controlling all types of engineering documents (work instructions, test procedures, BOMs, schematics, drawings) including customer-furnished documents; working with project/program managers and VP of Systems and Hardware Engineering to coordinate documentation approval; determining process improvement needs and opportunities and recommending solutions.

Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:

• AS or Equivalent
• 5+ years experience in researching and creating technical and quality system documentation, especially for military equipment
• Background in electronics and mechanics
• Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented team player
• Prefer experience working with USAF or any airborne equipment technical manuals
