About The Role We are hiring a Document Control Administrator to manage all project documentation for NYC Health + Hospitals construction management assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
• Administer document control systems including Kahua and/or Procore
• Ensure version control, timely distribution, and complete project record retention through closeout
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes within required timeframes
• Support Project Managers with pay requisition documentation and vendor compliance tracking
• Compile and organize final project closeout records for OFD delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of document control experience on construction projects
• Proficiency in Kahua strongly preferred; Procore, e-Builder, or equivalent acceptable
• Experience with NYC public agency procurement and documentation requirements a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and written communication skills
• Healthcare facility construction experience a plus
