DOCUMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT

• Handle and manage the intake, verification and storage of documents in QMS/EMS in company server.
• Update & maintain the Up-to-date documents (both softcopy and hardcopy) to ensure integrity of QMS system in server.
• Ensure obsoletion record and secure elimination / disposal of sensitive business documents & manufacturing record follow document retention period.
• Register, control & maintain the master copy, control copy & distribution copy of documents (external drawing, WI, Subcon Drawing, ECN document to internal Team & Subcon.
• Aid to retrieve related documents to employees and customer when required or especially during external audit.
• Supporting on QA department administration, equipment masterlist & internal audit summary tracking.
• Any adhoc Job assign by QA Manager.

Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of working experience in document control related in manufacturing environment.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma (or equivalent) in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Basic administration skills such as data input, creating spreadsheet, document & file management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
