Document Control Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain internal and external documentation
• Ensure all documents are accurate, properly formatted, and up to date
• Organize and manage electronic and physical filing systems
• Maintain document version control and ensure confidentiality
• Maintain and organize compliance records, reports, and documentation
• Provide support for administrative and documentation-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative or documentation experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy
