Job Responsibilities

• Documents quality checking by reviewing incoming and outgoing documents.
• Monitoring and recording the documents to make sure that the document will reach its proper destination and recipients.
• Filing the documents to make sure that the documents are organized and to maintain traceability.
• Make strong communication and coordination to collecting data and submit it as scheduled.

Job Requirement and Qualification

• Has minimum 2 years of experience as Document Controller in telecommunication company.
• Familiar with document FTTH
• Proficient to communicate in English both oral & written.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office;
• Has knowledge in document management system / document library.
• Able to work under pressure and with target.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, good attitude.
• Hold minimum Diploma's degree in Administration / Business Studies or similar.
