Document Control

About the role

Working as document control in the document control team of an overseas EPC project, with work location in Bangkok Office.

Key responsibilities

• Operate transmittal document control of engineering deliverable, vendor print In/Out among Client, EPC, and Vendors
• Maintain solid understanding of EPC project document control protocol (e.g. workflow for submission, review, and approval)
• Spot minor errors in document numbering or revision code to prevent mistakes during project execution
• Manage large volumes of data and maintain an organized digital and physical filing system
• Maintain tracking logs using Microsoft Excel
• Manage transmittals and meet strict project deadlines, with flexibility to handle fluctuating workloads
• Communicate professionally with international stakeholders in English

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (engineering, business administration, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in document control, specifically within an EPC project environment
• Experience using industrial-standard software, such as EDMS or similar platform
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Good command of the English Language (written and spoken)
