Document Control In-charge Engineering Department

 Ensures that all daily reports of maintenance and carpentry are up to date.

 Ensure that proper documents are created reviewed and signed

 Responsible in the control, update, safekeeping of all documents and records on his/her respective department.

 Assumes the responsibilities of the Clerk in the Department.

 Responsible in making PMS (Preventive Maintenance System), Manual and Policy and on his department.

 Responsible in revising and making new monitoring forms for his/her department.

 Frequently evaluates operations data, and ensures precision of the documentation.

 Responsible on the inventory and requisition of materials and equipment on his Department.

 Actively participates in application of Food Safety and Quality Management System

 Coordinates activities to respective section/department personnel and superior

 Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Document Control In-Charge Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft applications
• Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tanza, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
