You will establish and maintain the frameworks, systems and processes that ensure project information is accurate, secure, traceable and readily accessible across multiple project workstreams.

  • Provide training, guidance and support to project personnel.
  • Support audits, assurance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder environment.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in document control or information management within large infrastructure, engineering, rail, construction or technical project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of records management, information governance and document control principles.
  • Experience using InEight/Teambinder, SharePoint, Content Manager or similar document management platforms.
  • An understanding of configuration management and change control processes.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • The ability to influence, guide and support compliance across project teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in Information Management, Records Management, Business Administration or a related field will be highly regarded.

Why Join The Team
This is an opportunity to contribute to one of Queensland's most significant transport infrastructure programs while working alongside experienced professionals delivering innovative solutions for the future.
You'll enjoy:

  • A high-impact role with genuine ownership and autonomy.
  • Exposure to a major, technically complex infrastructure program.
  • A collaborative and supportive project environment.
