Document Control Officer – Job Description

We are looking for a Document Control Officer to manage and maintain controlled company documents, ensuring records are accurate, updated, properly filed, and accessible when needed. The role will also support Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO documentation, administrative tasks, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, update, distribute, retrieve, and properly file company documents and records.
• Monitor the use and control of updated and obsolete documents.
• Maintain document inventories and records, including calibration records, permits, and licenses.
• Assist in QMS/ISO documentation, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support the preparation of documents for bidding, renewals, and accreditations.
• Assist with management meetings and other administrative requirements.
• Handle confidential records and support data privacy and document security.
• Perform other related duties and assist the QMR/DCO and QMD Team as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Possesses: Certificate of Completion in ISO 9001:2015 Awareness and Certificate of Completion in Document Control and Records Management for ISO 9001:2015.
• Good computer, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Systematic, dependable, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
