(EPI) and Shell, dedicated to developing, owning, and operating large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in the Philippines. The Document Control Officer (Project-Based) is responsible for managing and maintaining all contractual and commercial project documentation across all ongoing projects under Greenlight Renewables Holdings Inc. This role ensures strict adherence to document control protocols, coordinates with internal departments and project sites, and manages the accurate logging, distribution, and storage of all project-related documents, drawings, correspondences, and submissions. The role also supports process improvements, ensures timely updates, and upholds the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive documentation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering Course or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Document Controller.
• Has been involved in power industry will be an advantage.
• Flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent in communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Excellent MS Office skills, and other office suite.

Willing to be assigned in Taguig and hired as project based
