Document Control (QAQC Department)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Good command in English or Chinese.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Candidates with experience in QA/QC and Document Control within construction projects will be given special consideration.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare Request for Inspection documents
• Record document in–out for inspection tracking
• Coordinate with consultants and follow up for document approval/signature
• Prepare document checklist for monthly payment submission
• Maintain and update document control system to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Ensure proper filing and achieving of all project documents in accordance with project requirements
• Prepare and submit document status reports to support project progress tracking
• Support document handover process
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM
• Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 01:30 PM (1.5 hours)
