Job Summary: Implements and maintains change to the PLM system (Agile). Process documents change requests for completeness and accuracy, release the document in the PLM & ERP system and notify the respective users of the implementation.

Provide data necessary to monitor the effectiveness of the PLM system. Additionally, the role requires flexibility to take on other responsibilities as directed by supervisor to support evolving team needs. Duties and Responsibilities: Document Control Specialist: 1~5 years of experience

• General: o Monitor, manage, and maintain the change process in the PLM and ERP system.
• Able to resolve and support IT in resolving change orders to ERP transfer issues. o Update Authorized Vendor list in ERP system. o BOM release/update and other assigned works.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Document Control & PLM system
• Ability to work effectively with all departments and other groups
• Working knowledge of MS Office software
• Working knowledge of Mechanical engineering work
• CAD & SolidWorks skills required Educational/Certification Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical with Document Control experience, equivalent in engineering discipline.
• CET-4 required, CET-6 preferred Work Experience:
• 1-5 years’ experience in Document Control/Engineering services in a semiconductor or similar industry for Level 1-3.
