- Manage and maintain physical and electronic documents and records.
- Ensure documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable.
- Perform document numbering, revision, and version control.
- Prepare, update, distribute, and circulate controlled documents.
- Ensure only the latest approved versions of documents are available for use.
- Monitor document status, revisions, approvals, and expiration dates.
- Maintain document control logs, master lists, and records.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding document submission and revisions.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company documents.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and applicable company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
