Document Controller / Archive Specialist

• Create an accessible, retrievable archives and database.
• Arranging, cataloging, and maintaining archive records.
• Organize archive records and develop classification systems to facilitate easy access to archive documents.
• Preserve records, documents, and scanning documents as necessary and required
• Record the origins and significance of archive documents
• Administer policy guidelines concerning access and use of any archive materials.
• Managing and maintaining Document Management System (DMS).
• Coordinating to respective person about DMS on how to use and access the documents.
• Provide support to department during audit as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in records or document management, ideally within manufacturing, food/beverage, or FMCG sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic Document Management Systems (DMS) like SharePoint or enterprise resource planning (ERP) attachments, alongside strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in naming conventions, indexing, and filing sensitive operational data
