URGENT HIRING – DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

For an important client in the Energy sector , based in Milan , we are looking for a Document Controller to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Document Controller will be responsible for the management, organization and control of project documentation , ensuring that all documents are accurate, up to date, properly tracked and easily accessible.

The role includes:

• Managing document flow between internal departments, suppliers and the client
• Registering, classifying and tracking project documentation
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external document control requirements
• Maintaining digital and physical archives and document registers
• Supporting the project team in the preparation and review of project documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid experience in Document Management and Records Management
• Previous experience managing project documentation
• Ability to organize and maintain document registers, revisions and traceability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good English proficiency
