Document Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, encode, and maintain warehouse documents and records.

• Handle receiving, delivery, dispatch, inventory, and other warehouse-related documents.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before filing or submission.

• Maintain proper filing of hard copy and electronic records.

• Monitor and track documents to ensure timely submission.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel regarding documentation.

• Assist in preparing reports and other administrative requirements.

• Ensure that all warehouse records are updated, organized, and properly maintained.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Business Administration, Office Administration, Logistics, or related field.

• With experience in document control, warehouse administration, logistics, or related work is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling documents and data.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.

• With complete pre-employment requirements.

Pay: Php15,600.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
