We are having opening for our MNC client into Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Projects

Designation : Document Controller

Experience Required 5-8yrs

Exp. In refinery / Petrochemical , SAP MM

Duration - 1year of contract and further extendable on our payroll i.e on M.M.K payroll.

Location- Gujarat, Jamnagar/ Dahej

6 days working Sunday off

Managing all project documentation (drawings, reports, manuals, etc.), ensuring it's controlled, tracked, and compliant with standards, handling digital/physical records, coordinating submissions via portals.

Maintaining of Documentation procedure , tracking of incoming document through transmittal for approvals, review, enquiry, and retaining for information purpose.

Issue of IFC Drawing and Document to client, contractor, and constant and all other End Users after Final approval through transmittal and common sharing DMS System.

Tracking of hold drawing due to site condition and issue of revised drawing after modification.

Receipt, Interpretation, Distribution and Actions of Documentation related e- mails.

Closure of email communication if any which requires action from site on Documentation.
