Document Controller

• Maintain and organize all project documents, records, drawings, and correspondence.
• Control the issuance, distribution, revision, and retrieval of documents.
• Maintain document registers and ensure all documents are properly numbered and filed.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are available to the relevant departments and site teams.
• Receive, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
• Track document revisions and maintain proper revision history.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding document submissions.
• Prepare and submit transmittals, technical documents, reports, and other project correspondence.
• Monitor document submission and approval status and follow up on pending documents.
• Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Ensure documents are properly backed up and securely stored.
• Assist in preparing project reports, minutes of meetings, and other administrative documentation.
• Ensure document control procedures comply with company and project requirements.
• Perform other document control and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
