Document Controller

Qualification:

Any Degree, preferably a Degree in Engineering

Experience:

0 to 1+ years of experience as a Document Controller from an Engineering Consulting Company.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
• Experience using MS Project is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• To ensure documents are properly categorized, filed, and archived.
• To operate and maintain document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, One Drive)
• To create and update document templates as per company standards.
• To support audits by providing accurate and traceable documentation.
• To ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• To distribute controlled copies of documents to project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants.
• To track document reviews, approvals, and revisions.
• To support multiple projects with document workflows and standardization.
• To provide document control reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• To train new employees and project members on document control procedures and tools.
• To provide ongoing support to ensure smooth document flow within the organization.
