Document Controller

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in document control, preferably in construction, engineering, or project environments.
• Able to manage, organize, track, and maintain project documents, drawings, submissions, correspondence, and records.
• Familiar with document submission, revision control, transmittals, document registers, and filing systems.
• Must actively monitor all document submission and response deadlines.
• Able to identify documents that are approaching their due dates or deadlines and promptly inform the responsible Engineer for follow-up and action.
• Maintain and regularly update a document tracking register / submission tracker to ensure no submission, review, approval, or resubmission deadline is missed.
• Follow up with Engineers and relevant team members on outstanding documents, comments, approvals, and resubmissions.
• Prepare regular updates or reports on pending, overdue, and upcoming document submissions for the project team.
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
