Document Controller – Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of documentation within team and to other departments from Land Acquisition.
• Scan, record and file LA Documents in physical and digital form following the prescribed file naming and filing system.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information that may derived from the documents being managed.
• Retrieve, compile and share files as requested by other employees, departments and/or other team members.
• Assist in drafting basic communication letters, transmittal letters, contracts, etc.
• Assist in the compilation of permitting requirements on land including follow ups and submissions to concerned agencies.
• Assist in coordination among team on various activities on-site including but not limited to verification, site inspections, validation, contractors site visit etc.
• Assist in managing expenses liquidation including sorting of receipts, encoding and filing and making follow ups to finance.
• Assist in travel coordination, bookings of car and accommodation etc.
• Prepare invoices/order of payments for land leases.
• Manage Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
