DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

• Managed the hard and soft copy of document.
• Maintained strict version of document control.
• Assign the incoming and outgoing documents submittal running number.
• Checked incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, proper signatures, and compliance.
• To record, sort, store, and track of incoming and outgoing project files.
• Shared project files and reports with team members.
• Set up clear filing systems.
• Prepared complete document packages for internal and external quality audits.
• Kept all sensitive company data and project contracts secure and confidential.

Requirements:

• Must possess a SPM/STPM/Diploma/ Degree Certificate or other equivalent qualification.
• Communicate and explain complex issues and work to establish understanding
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply as training and guidance will be provided from senior staff.
• Candidate must willing to travel and base at construction site in a location (Klang Valley or Johor Bahru) to handle the construction document until the project handover.
• Multi-tasking, work independently, sense of urgency and self-motivated person.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiar with MS Office
