Document Controller

1. Manage and control all project documents, drawings, transmittals, correspondence, and technical submissions.
2. Maintain document registers, revision control, filing, tracking, and distribution systems.
3. Ensure timely submission, review, approval, and distribution of project documentation.
4. Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
5. Follow up on pending documents and approvals with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
6. Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
7. Support preparation of final documentation, MDR, dossiers, and project handover packages.
8. Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and Oil & Gas project documentation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of Document Control / DCC experience, preferably within Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
3. Previous experience working with major Oil & Gas clients/contractors is preferred.
4. Good knowledge of EDMS, document numbering, revision control, transmittals, and document registers.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
6. Good communication and coordination skills in English.
7. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a project/site environment.
8. UAE Oil & Gas project experience is an advantage.
