Document Controller

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize purchasing documents, records, and files.
• Monitor the submission, review, approval, and distribution of procurement documents.
• Ensure all purchase requests, purchase orders, quotations, contracts, and related documents are properly filed and updated.
• Track document revisions and maintain document control logs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding document requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports related to purchasing documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of procurement records.
• Retrieve and provide documents upon request.
• Assist in audits by providing accurate and complete documentation.
• Perform other administrative and document control tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in document control, administrative support, or purchasing operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
