DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining project documentation while ensuring compliance with company and client document control procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, and records.
• Ensure proper document numbering, filing, distribution, and revision control.
• Process incoming and outgoing documents, transmittals, and correspondence.
• Monitor document status and ensure timely submission and approval.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding document requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Prepare document control reports and logs as required.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and accessibility of project documents.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction, engineering, or fit-out industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, google sheets).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
