Document Controller

• Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial tender documents as per tender requirements.
• Review tender documents, BOQ, specifications, drawings, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and Business Development teams for timely inputs.
• Prepare technical write-ups, compliance statements, method statements, company credentials, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all tender submissions comply with RFP/RFQ requirements, formats, checklists, and submission timelines.
• Maintain and update tender trackers, document registers, and submission records.
• Coordinate for pre-bid queries, clarifications, addendums, and corrigendums.
• Ensure proper document version control, formatting, indexing, pagination, and final compilation.
• Support preparation of tender presentations and other pre-qualification / EOI / RFP documentation.
• Maintain a database of project references, client credentials, certifications, and statutory documents for future tenders.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Marine / Building / Water / Infrastructure / EPC tendering.
• Good knowledge of Tender/RFP documentation and submission procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF documentation.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and deadline-management skills.
• Knowledge of e-tendering portals will be an advantage.
