Version & Record Control: Enforce strict versioning standards and organize both digital databases and physical hard-copy archives.
Distribution & Workflow: Timely route and issue approved documents across internal design/site teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.
Review Cycle Tracking: Monitor incoming submittals and pending reviews, proactively chasing approvers to prevent project bottlenecks.
about the requirement
- Able to commute to Banting / Kapar
- Experience: 2+ years managing technical documentation within construction or engineering environments.
- Industry Focus: Background in data center builds or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office alongside hands-on experience with construction document control platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and robust record-keeping capabilities.
