Document Controller

Location: Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
Start Date: Immediate – 1 Month
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project drawings, documents, submissions, and records.
• Control document numbering, revisions, distribution, and filing.
• Prepare and manage document transmittals and submission logs.
• Maintain accurate document registers and track approvals and revisions.
• Coordinate document submissions with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
• Ensure all project documents are properly updated, controlled, and accessible.
• Support project handover and close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant document control experience.
• Construction or data center project experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with document management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
