Document Controller

Job Summary 

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all project documentation for this hydro power plant project. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of documents through the customer’s document management system (Aconex), while also maintaining internal tracking systems using Excel and handling customer submittals originating from Aconex. The position works closely with engineering, construction, quality and other project teams to ensure documentation is consistently managed, properly filed and easily retrievable to support project delivery and audit requirements. 
  
Key Responsibilities 

• Establish and maintain effectivedocument control systems for site-
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure completeness
• Manage the full lifecycle of project documents using the Aconex system.
• Receive and process customer submittals generated from SAP.

Your Profile 

• Minimum5 + years’ experience in document control or site records management, ideally within large scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Relevant qualification in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Experience with Aconex, SAP, Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUM, Pivot Tables, Charts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

We are working with the awarded Sub Contractor.
