Document Controller

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation for data centre construction projects. This role ensures accurate compliant and timely handling of documents, supporting smooth coordination across project teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well organized and experienced in document control within a construction environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Oversee the receipt, tracking and monitoring of all project documents, ensuring they are correctly stored and easily accessible.

·       Ensure that all documentation compiles with company standards and industry regulations.

·       Quality Control: Review and check documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

·       Distribute documents to relevant team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.

·       Maintain and archive project documentation in both physical and digital formats

·       Prepare regular reports on document status and project progress for management review

·       Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless document flow.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Minimally 3-5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry or similar industries.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

·       Attention to detail and accuracy in managing and reviewing documents

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to troubleshoot issues related to document control and propose effective solutions.

·       Understanding of relevant construction regulations and standards.
