Document Controller

• Manage and maintain project documents, records, and correspondence.
• Control document numbering, revision, distribution, and filing.
• Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, updated, and archived.
• Coordinate document submissions and approvals with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate document registers and tracking systems.
• Monitor document status and ensure timely distribution to project teams.
• Ensure documents comply with company and project document control procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Document Controller.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
• Strong understanding of document control procedures and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiar with document management systems and electronic filing.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Karawang.
