Document Controller

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or realted field is an advantage

• Proven experience as a Document Controller, Liaison Officer, or Administrative Officer preferably in Renewable Energy, Construction, Engineering, or Infrastructure projects

• Knowledge of document management systems, filing procedures, and records control

• Familiarity with permits, government compliance, and coordination with local government units (LGU), DENR, DOE, ERC, DAR, and other regulatory agencies is an advantage

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple documents and transactions simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document tracking systems

• Ability to prepare, monitor, and maintain confidential project documents, permits, contracts, and reports

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting

• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies

• Willing to do fieldwork and process permits/documents outside office when necessary

• Ability to work udner pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment

• Experience in solar, wind, hydro, or other renewable energy projects is an advantage

• Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and compliance procedures is preferred

• Must be trustworthy, proactive, and capbale of working with minimal supervision
