DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

• Print and distribute documents as needed
• Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
• Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
• Establish and maintain record retention timelines
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records
• Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department
• Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay, Dasmariñas, & Metro Manila

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, library management, or record management
• 1-2 years experience in document management, archive management, or records management
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Detail-focused document organizing abilities
• Must have problem solving and decision making skills
• Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreedsheets and presentation applications
• Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling
• Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks
• Can start ASAP
