Document Controller

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for collecting, organizing, filing, and maintaining various types of engineering project documents, including design drawings, construction drawings, contract documents, construction records, and other related materials

• Ensure the accurate entry of engineering project information and update records in real time according to project progress, enabling the project team to stay informed of document requirements and project developments

• Responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining records of various engineering meetings

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal project team members and external related parties to ensure timely document transfer and smooth information exchange

• Analyze the actual needs of engineering document management and provide optimization suggestions and improvement measures to enhance the efficiency and quality of document management processes

What we're looking for

• Education Qualification - Diploma or above in a relevant field

• Field of Study - Engineering-related discipline or equivalent qualification

• Work Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering project management or related project work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer operations

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop (PS) software

• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a work environment
