Document Controller

• Organizing and filing of contractual documents and correspondence with clients / subcontractors for all documents transmitted.
• Prepare notices based on contract requirement.
• Coordinates and maintenance the documents related to contract administration, regulatory, classification and
• documentation handling.
• Review documents, compile and prepare doc for submission.
• Track all documents correspondences and transactions effectively.
• File and archive documentation to facilitate easy retrieval.
• Assist completion of requests, searches and queries from any team member.
• Maintain confidentiality on sensitive information.
• Maintain list of documents and ensure that the documentation is in good order.
• Monitor Correspondences (emails / Letters) and draft Notices.
• Assist contract manager in the contract administration
