Document Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Document Controller to join Phil. Rigid Construction Corporation on a full-time basis. Based in Tayud Consolacion, Cebu, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our document management systems.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior Document Controller experience are welcome.

• Willing to learn and grow in the field of document control and quality management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle company documents and information with integrity and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and update company documents and records.

• Assist in document review, distribution, revision, and version control.

• Review and understand existing processes and procedures.

• Ensure documents and processes are properly followed and maintained.

• Assist in preparing reports, records, and documents for ISO audits.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure documents are complete, accurate, and up to date.

• Maintain proper filing, archiving, and document retention.
