Document Controller

We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project on a contract basis, commencing early to mid-October.

This is a head office-based position suited to an experienced Document Controller who is confident managing project documentation across a fast-paced engineering, procurement and construction environment.

About The Role

• Manage and maintain project documentation and document registers.
• Upload, distribute and control project documentation in line with established processes.
• Ensure documents are correctly version controlled and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals and updates.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up outstanding documentation.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction and project teams to ensure documentation is kept up to date.
• Support general document control and project administration requirements.

About you:

• Previous experience working as a Document Controller within a project environment.
• Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures.
• TeamBinder experience is essential.
• Construction, engineering or wind/renewable energy experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced EPC project environment.

What's on offer:

• $450 - $500 per day + super (dependant on experience)
