CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Job description:

• Manage and control project documentation in accordance with company and client procedures.
• Maintain an organized document control system (hardcopy & electronic) to ensure accuracy accessibility and security of project records.
• Register track update and distribute incoming/outgoing documents drawings and correspondence.
• Ensure proper document version control and archiving of obsolete files.
• Monitor document status and follow up with relevant parties to avoid delays.
• Prepare transmittals reports and logs for submission to client/consultants.
• Support audits inspections and handover by providing accurate document records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project quality requirements.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years experience as a Document Controller.

• Proficient in Aconex / Asite (essential), with knowledge of ACC as an advantage.

• Strong understanding of document control processes QA/QC requirements, and ISO standards

• Attention to detail with strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure
