Document Controller

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling all company documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
• Ensure only the latest approved documents are available for use.
• Maintain and control all controlled documents, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Procedures, Specifications, and Technical Drawings.
• Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, distributed, and archived in accordance with document control procedures.
• Maintain the Master Document List and ensure all document revision are up to date.
• Maintain both electronic and hardcopy document filing systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather the necessary information for document creation and revision.
• Process and coordinate document changes and approval workflows.
• Coordinate and provide support for on-site internal and external quality audits for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Business Management or related Discipline.
• Must possess general office experiences and competent to use Microsoft office applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
