Document Controller

About the role

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all project documentation in accordance with company standards. You will play a critical role in managing data and uploading construction submittals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving construction submittals from engineers, reviewing them for compliance with project standards and specifications, rectifying any deficiencies, and uploading compliant submittals to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for consultant review
• Revising and re-uploading submittals in line with the consultant team's comments and directives, ensuring all revisions are accurately tracked and closed out
• Managing and maintaining the full lifecycle of all engineering-related documentation, including receipt, classification, version control, distribution, and archiving
• Liaising and coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and the consultant team to ensure the timely and accurate flow of documentation throughout the project

What We're Looking For

• Ability to spot errors in document numbers, revisions, and metadata
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high volumes of documentation under tight deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients
• Willing and able to learn skills, new software and database systems
• Understanding of confidentiality regarding proprietary engineering designs and contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• We prefer the ability to learn over experience
• Welcome fresh graduates (2024-2026) from local Universities to apply
