Document Controller

Document Controller is responsible for ensuring that requirement documentation system is fully implement in an organized and efficient manner for easy tracking.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage and control project documents, records, and coreespondence maintained at HQ level.

·       Receiving and managing all official correspondence with authorities, government agencies, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and corporate communications.

·       Ensure all received letters and documents were stamped with the date of receipt and accurately recorded, scanned, copied and distributed to recipient and relevant project team members in a timely manner.

·       Filing and maintain all letters, documents and drawings are properly labelled, versioned, and stored according to company standards.

·       Carrying out documents are regularly updated, with the older revisions are stamped superseded.

·       Ensure all outgoing letters, documents and drawings sent physically have a transmittal.

·       Ensure all documentation follow the ISO standard.

Requirements:

·       Diploma in any field.

·       Minimum 1 years working experience in administrative.

·       Data entry & database management

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
