About the role

Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, reports, and technical records for Substation & Transmission Line Projects.

Key responsibilities

• Control document numbering, revisions, transmittals, and distribution
• Monitor document submissions, approvals, comments, and revisions
• Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project Management teams
• Ensure that only the latest approved drawings and documents are available at the project site
• Prepare document status reports and assist in project turnover and closeout documentation

About you

• Graduate of Engineering, Office Administration, Information Management, or related course
• Experience in document control, construction, substation, or transmission line projects
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of document numbering, revision control, and transmittal procedures
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel from different project sites
