Document Controller

Location: North / Central area
AWS / VB

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and control all EHS-related documents, records and reports.
• Manage SOPs, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), permits and checklists.
• Ensure documents are properly version-controlled, updated and approved.
• Maintain records for workplace safety inspections, incidents, near-misses, chemical management and environmental monitoring.
• Track document expiry dates, revisions and renewal requirements.
• Assist EHS team in preparing documentation regulatory requirements.
• Maintain training and competency records for employees, including safety courses and certifications.
• Organise documents for internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Environmental, Safety, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in document control, EHS administration
• Experience handling ISO documentation, audit records, SOPs and controlled documents is an advantage.
