Document Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, method statements, inspection requests, transmittals, correspondence, reports, and other project records.
• Maintain accurate and updated document registers, drawing registers, submission logs, and revision trackers.
• Ensure proper document numbering, filing, revision control, and distribution.
• Receive, register, scan, upload, distribute, and archive project documents.
• Maintain both electronic and hard-copy document filing systems.
• Upload and manage documents through Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, Procore, or other project document management systems.
• Track document submissions, approvals, comments, revisions, and pending actions.
• Follow up with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams regarding pending documents and approvals.
• Ensure that the latest approved drawings and documents are available to the relevant site and project teams and that superseded revisions are properly archived.
• Prepare and issue transmittals for drawings, technical submissions, correspondence, and other project documentation.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
