Document Controller

• Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, and records.
• Control document issuance, distribution, revisions, and approvals.
• Maintain document registers, transmittals, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure the latest approved documents are available to project teams.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain proper electronic and hard-copy filing systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of construction document control experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office and document management systems.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
