Document Controller – Job Description

Position: Document Controller

Department: Administration / Operations

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company documents, records, and files.
• Receive, check, organise, and distribute documents to the concerned departments.
• Maintain proper document numbering, naming, filing, and version control.
• Update document registers and maintain accurate records.
• Scan, upload, print, and archive documents as required.
• Ensure documents are easily accessible to authorised employees.
• Track document revisions, approvals, and status.
• Maintain both physical and digital documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Operations, and other departments for document requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company document-handling procedures.
• Prepare basic reports and documentation using MS Word and Excel.

Skills Required:

• Good computer and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• File management and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Freshers with basic computer knowledge can apply.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹15,015.10 - ₹18,829.51 per month
