Job Summary

We are looking for a Document Controller to maintain, organize, and control project and company documents, ensuring proper documentation and timely availability of records as per company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project-related documents and records.
• Ensure proper filing, numbering, and version control of documents.
• Receive, distribute, and track documents between departments and project teams.
• Maintain soft and hard copies of documents as required.
• Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, and stored.
• Maintain document registers and tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for document submission and retrieval.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company and project documents.
• Support the team in preparing and maintaining documentation as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of document control and record management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize and maintain large volumes of documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in document control, project documentation, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,015.10 - ₹38,829.51 per month
