Document Controller

• Maintain the master document register, including document numbering, revision status, and traceability.
• Distribute controlled documents to stakeholders and track acknowledgments and transmittals.
• Review incoming documents for formatting, numbering, and completeness before registration and filing.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring documents are secure, retrievable, and properly archived.
• Track submittal and transmittal logs and follow up on outstanding approvals.
• Support ISO and client audit readiness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Fluent Arabic with good working command of English.
• Proficiency in EDMS platforms such as Aconex and SharePoint.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 document control.
• Familiarity with drawings, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Certification in document control or records management is an advantage.
