Document Controller | Data Centre Project

Location: Borlänge, Sweden

Contract: 12-month renewable contract

We are supporting the delivery of a major data centre construction project and are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join the site team in Borlänge.

This is an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, technically complex project environment where document accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and process compliance are critical to successful delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for the management and control of project documentation, ensuring records are maintained accurately and in accordance with project procedures and established workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, revisions, transmittals, and document registers.
• Maintain document control processes and ensure compliance with project procedures.
• Coordinate documentation between contractors, consultants, project teams, and client representatives.
• Support document review, approval, and distribution processes.
• Ensure document quality, traceability, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project information within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Produce reports and provide documentation support to project stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Document Controller on large-scale data center, construction, or industrial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Excellent understanding of document control procedures, workflows, and revision management.
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary project teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and meet project deadlines in a live project environment.
