Document Controller

Description Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documents and records.
• Control document numbering, revisions, and distribution.
• Maintain update the Master Document Register(MDR).
• Prepare and manage document transmittals.
• Track document review, approval and outstanding status.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings/documents are available at site.
• Manage documents through EDMS/Share Point or other project systems.
• Support final documentation and project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control (preferably in EPC / oil & gas / engineering projects)
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and procedures
• Experience with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good English communication skill
